    Click on the STAFF PROFILES page. There you can choose from a list of all our available staff. You can also browse through their portfolios to help you decide which individual you want to lease.

    In a sense, you employ a team. Different aspects of your project will be handled by different experts. The person you hire will serve as your contact and will be the one to relay the progress of the project to you. Confirmation of the staff's availability follows contract signing which will be sent to you simultaneously.

    Supposing there is no available staff for lease at the moment, you can always inform us to get you on the waiting list by filling out a contact form or chatting through Online Live Support. We will then notify you via email when the staff of your choice is ready for leasing.

  3. How long does it take to get my staff working once I paid the one time set up cost?
    Normally, it takes at least 1 to 2 weeks due to the availability of the staff and the nature of work involved.
  4. Can my staff understand English?
    Definitely. Our team is comprised of English-proficient individuals. Whether it is written or spoken English, we have no difficulty in communicating with our clients. Also, the fact that the Philippines was occupied by the U.S. for exactly 48 years is a big advantage because we are cultivated of Western culture and practice.
  5. What is the length of contract?
    ManageStaffing.com requires six(6) month contract commitment. You can ask for a replacement if you are not satisfied with the output of the staff deployed to your account.
  6. What about pricing?
    We have one time setup fees, depending on which staff you would like to lease. Prices are relative to what kind of work you need to be done. The fee includes recruitment, workstation and additional equipment costs.
  7. How do I give instructions to my staff?
    The Internet grants us the convenience and inexpensive means to communicate with each other. You can choose from emailing, instant messaging applications by MSN, Yahoo, Skype, Gmail and more.
  8. What about privacy issues?
    During the period of our business arrangement, the people employed to work for you are yours entirely. Information generated throughout the term of contract is secure and solely your property and no one else. Our company or the individuals under your employment have no right to sell, distribute or utilize the conceptualized end-product to anyone but you, our client.
  9. Can I lease only one person?
    Certainly. With our pool of dedicated professionals, you can choose to lease whoever fits your preferences. Should you be in need of more staff to work on your business’ non-core functions, you are free to consult with us.
  10. Will you replace my staff if they do not meet my requirements?
    ManageStaffing.com makes sure every staff deployed is capable and proficient in their respective fields. However, if you feel your staff does not respond to your needs, we are obliged to replace him.
