Within the Terms and Conditions, you will frequently encounter the words “we,” “our/s,” and “us” which refer to ManageStaffing.com whereas “you” refers to YOU, the client.
ManageStaffing.com has the right to disengage any or all services committed to the client who violates the regulations below without notice and will be effective immediately. In such situation we suspend our services, we do not refund any payments made or any part thereof.
We at ManageStaffing.com enforce a 100% refund policy if you are not satisfied with our services. However, there are fine points that have to be understood. For example, you consent or approve of the prototype or the sample work. You then pay 40% of the agreed amount for final development thus making the prototype costs non-refundable. The 40%, on the other hand, may be refundable if you are not pleased with the second phase of project development. If everything goes well as planned, the 50% final installment will be charged from you when you approve of the final product. We will send you a link where you can assess our creations and send it to you as soon as you make full payment. No refunds after the products have been delivered.
You can use credit cards and wire transfers to be able to pay. ManageStaffing.com does not hold credit cards for auto charging and recurring charges. You will have to enter your credit card number each time you transact business with us. We do not issue our clients with undisclosed charges and all bills and fee requests are made only when you have approved to pay that certain amount.
All information generated throughout the project is guaranteed safe with us. We do not give away confidential data to anyone but those involved in the project. You must also take the precautionary measures to insure your personal data to avoid disclosure and misuse of that particular information.
You are to guarantee that every component in the finished product including text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks and other creations supplied by ManageStaffing.com are held in your possession, or that you have authorization from the lawful owner to utilize these components, and will deem harmless, protect and assure ManageStaffing.com from any accountability including legal and court fees, any claim or suit, threatened or actual, occurring from your use of such elements.
ManageStaffing.com and client are to coordinate with each other in order to complete project within the specified period. We will deliver progress reports in the course of the project and will make sure all is well. You are obligated to provide all source materials within 30 days of initial project approval. Failure to do so will be enough basis for us to terminate the agreement and keep any payments made as cancellation fees.
All our clients are entitled to continuing maintenance of web sites. However, we cannot guarantee that our free updates are performed promptly but we will solve everything we can to do so. Normally, it only takes a day or two for approved sites to be updated.
ManageStaffing.com’s duty is to carry out or actualize the desired product/service, not come up with the content, idea or theme. By consulting and agreeing with us, you are not to circulate materials that are false, derogatory, erroneous, violent, offensive, hateful, profane, sexually inclined or anything that goes against any law concerned.
ManageStaffing.com helps develop your website in such a way that it increases traffic and improves search engine ranking. We can lead you through proper SEO techniques and carry out the tedious and complex tasks. However, we, or any company that provides this kind of service, cannot guarantee any ranking of your site to any search engine. You must be able to understand certain criteria that search engines implement in ranking websites.

We have the right to charge extra in instances that a project is not yet done within the specified period, due to conditions beyond our control. Also, paid ManageStaffing name registration fees and extra services are non-refundable when orders have been arranged.
ManageStaffing.com reserves the right to place an insignia, links and words specifying we developed your website. You have no permission whatsoever to have them removed in any way. In such case that our credits have been found removed from your website, you are devoid of free lifetime maintenance and subject to legal charges. The purpose of such credits is to include your website in our portfolio and also as first link between our sites. Most importantly, it will benefit both of us to get better rankings on search engines especially Google.
Shortly after project proposal is made, you are required an advanced payment, 10% of the total project cost. This will serve as the prototype or sample work fee. From then on, 40% is to be paid for the addition of finishing touches and development of all required for the site. The outstanding 50% is to be paid for the release of the finished product. ManageStaffing.com reserves the right, dependent on 30 days notice via email to client, to revise and update changes in fees that are applied to all ongoing services given to the client. All products/services fulfilled by ManageStaffing.com are eligible for release when payments are settled.
Free sampling is only relevant to clients who have been personally offered by ManageStaffing.com. Prototypes and sample work are created from scratch based on the project proposal. Clients are to decide if they like the samples or not, and they can walk out on it with no charge if they so please. In such situations, client is not authorized to utilize any of the designs produced in this phase.
Upon receiving finished product, client has a 7-day warranty. If errors and inadequacies arise, client only has within the said period to notify us for modifications. The following days from warranty period without being notified by client is understood as favorable reception and that additional changes mean extra charges.
There would be instances that we cannot begin working on specific projects right away. We disclose this with the client before anything else and do everything we can to be able to work within the client’s time scheme.
The client holds full responsibility of data and all sorts of files transmitted and stored on our servers. Client is also accountable for the creation of backup and is aware of the risks involved in the use of our services.
ManageStaffing.com has the right to withdraw from a project when a client fails to pay appropriate dues within the specified 30 day period after initial deposit. We can also surcharge any service to cover extra time and increase fees based on the initial approved cost. In circumstances where disagreements between client and ManageStaffing.com arise in the course of a project, we have the right to withhold or take out web pages and image files until everything is resolved.
